Nutrition & Wellness Coaching – Three 1 Hour Sessions taught by Stephanie Garafola.

  • creating short terms and long term goals together
  • supplementation advice
  • develop healthy eating habits
  • attention to stress, sleep, mood, and overall well being

What works for one person does not work for the next! Every session will be based on your needs, your goals, and the best way to get there. We will take the journey together to make sure you get what you need for your mental, physical, and emotional health.
