Nutrition & Wellness Coaching for Children – 3 Sessions


Children’s Nutrition & Wellness Coaching – Three 30 minute Sessions Ages: 0-16 years old

  • Children’s nutritional needs explained
  • Helping with the picky eaters
  • Recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, & snack time
  • Starting solids with infants
  • Understanding of allergens
  • Fueling for sports
  • Eating disorders/disordered eating in teens/preteens

If you’re facing issues with a child who doesn’t want to eat anything, or you’re just starting off giving your baby solids, or you’re running out of ideas for mealtime this is the perfect start for you. I work with all ages of children in order to make sure they meet their nutritional goals. I work with all allergen types and will help you create fun ways for your childen to enjoy their meals. I will work with you to fuel your body for sports and extracurricular activities as well as help with teens facing disordered eating habits to prevent eating disorders. We talk about food, stress, school, and self values in order to get you on the right path to fueling your body for success.

Personal Training (any style) – 3 Sessions


Three 60 Minute Personal Training Sessions (any style) taught by Stephanie Garafola

  • HIIT
  • Strength Training
  • Yoga
  • Barre
  • Boxing

Your choice, or a combo of any variation you would like. We will work together based on your current goals and level of fitness. This is for all adults with any level of training or if you’re first starting out. Work outs will be customized specifically for you no matter what level you are at. In person or virtual available depending on location.
